How To Dispute Your Parking Invoice

If you would like to dispute your Parking Invoice, you must submit a dispute in writing within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

Your dispute must include the following documentation:

  1. A copy of your Parking Invoice. If you no longer have a copy of your parking invoice, be sure to indicate your invoice number and/or the license plate number that was invoiced.

  2. If applicable, a copy of proof of payment. For example, if you paid for parking you should send in a copy of the receipt that was dispensed from the parking meter or a charge on your credit card statement. 

  3. A brief description explaining why you are disputing your Parking Invoice.

A decision on whether or not to cancel your Parking Invoice will be made within 30 to 40 business days.

You will not be required to pay the 7 day late fee if you send in your dispute within the first 7 days of receiving the parking invoice.
