+ Who is responsible for loss, theft, or damage of my vehicle?

Precise ParkLink accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents. + What happens if I damage the parking equipment?

You will be liable to pay all repair and/or replacement costs for any damage caused to parking equipment.

+ Is accessible/disabled parking free in hospitals?

Free accessible parking is at the discretion of the hospital. Hospitals typically require payment for all parking spots, however this may vary per hospital.

+ Is there HST charged on parking in Ontario?

Yes. All receipts and invoices take into account parking charges, HST and the total amount due.

+ If I misplace my entry ticket, how do I pay?

If you misplace or lose your entry ticket you can obtain a new ticket by selecting the “lost ticket” option on the pay station. Once you pay the lost ticket fee, you will receive a new a ticket allowing you to exit.

+ Do parking lots or garages have closures?

Most locations are open 24/7, however it is common for some parking lots or garages to have specific hours of operation. There are signs at all location entries advising of the hours of operation of that specific garage. It is your responsibility to read any and all signage before leaving your vehicle.
