GENERAL INQUIRIES

+ How much is an IPASS monthly parking permit?

IPASS monthly parking permit rates vary per location, and are determined by property management.

+ Where do I find monthly parking rates?

When applying for a monthly permit via phone, rates will be given verbally. When applying for a monthly permit online, all parking rates will be provided on the webpage, allowing you to select the appropriate tarrif. When applying online, the request will go into a pending state until one of our permit specialists can review and approve the request.

+ Can I leave my vehicle in the lot for several days?

No. Overnight parking or parking for several days is prohibited. Vehicles will be towed at the owners expense if found left unattended for multiple days.

+ Can I transfer my monthly parking permit to someone else?

You are not permitted to transfer or share your monthly parking permit with someone else.

+ What do I do if I lost my monthly parking pass?

If you lose your monthly parking pass or IPASS a replacement fee to obtain a new pass is required. The replacement fee is specific to the parking facility you have a subscribed to. To find out how much the replacement fee is contact:

+ How can I manage my parking permit online?

The IPASS portal allows you to:

  • View invoices
  • Update login credentials
  • Update contact information & address
  • Update billing information
  • View past & upcoming invoices
  • Process payments for invoices

+ If I do not already have my permit, how can I get it?

Some locations provide the access cards for monthly permits onsite; customers can pick up their permits as directed by property management at a specific location.

If Precise ParkLink provides the access cards for a site, the cards are mailed out to the address provided on the permit application.

IPASS APPROVAL PROCESS

+ How long will it take for my parking permit application to be approved?

Parking permit applications are approved in approximately 1 – 4 business days. Once an application is submitted, it enters a pending state until it is approved.

Some locations provide instant approval of an application if there are monthly permits available.

+ How will I be notified when my parking permit application is approved?

If a parking permit application is approved, you will be notified via the email address inputted in the online application or you will be contacted over the phone by a customer service representative.

+ Once my application for a parking permit is approved, is it activated?

Yes, once the parking permit application is approved it will be activated immediately.

+ Will I be billed once my parking permit application is approved?

You will be billed automatically once your parking permit application is approved.

+ Will I be notified if my parking permit application is denied? How will I be notified?

If a parking permit application is denied, you will be notified via the email address that was inputted in the online application.

If you wish to know the reason for disapproval you must call 416-243-6990 to speak with a customer service representative.

IPASS MODIFICATIONS

+ How do I change my monthly parking plan?

To change your monthly parking plan, please call (416) 243-6990 for assistance. If you would like to change it yourself, you will need to register a new account online. Your application will be reviewed by our permit specialists and approved accordingly.

+ How do I add a new or additional vehicle to my monthly permit account?

To register, add or change vehicle information, please call (416) 243-6990 for assistance.

+ How do I modify my IPASS username, and what is required for the username?

You can modify your IPASS username by clicking > Profile> Login Information - the username could be anything of your choice. If you register your parking online, it will prompt you to create a username and password before applying online.

CANCELLATIONS

+ How do I cancel my IPASS monthly parking permit?

Self-cancellation is available for select sites. Alternatively, click here to request cancellation. Please note cancellation policies vary per location.

+ If I cancel my monthly parking subscription on a date other than the end of the month, will the payment for the following month be prorated?

Cancellation policies vary per location. They are are communicated and agreed upon during the initial registration process. Standard cancellation policies require a minimum of 30 days notice, and will be processed as final on the last day of the month. Payment in full is required for the last month.

+ How much notice is required to cancel my monthly parking subscription?

To cancel your monthly parking or IPASS subscription you are required to provide 1 full Calendar Month Notice to Precise Parklink. Notice given at any time during a month will be effective as of the last day of the following month. Provide your notice:

+ What if I fail to cancel my monthly parking subscription within the 30 days terms and conditions?

To cancel your monthly parking or IPASS subscription you are required to provide 1 full Calendar Month Notice to Precise Parklink. Notice given at any time during a month will be effective as of the last day of the following month. Provide your notice:
